How long is your minimum rental term?

Minimum rental fee is 1 month but you can keep it for as short a period as you like.

What documents do I need to supply when applying for a rental account?

We require a copy of both sides of your driver’s licence or other personal identification, plus a copy of your rates notice or a utility bill with your name and address.

When do I need to pay?

We require payment of the first month’s rental and the delivery fee prior to delivery, then the ongoing monthly rental at the beginning of each month.

Can you take my old appliance away?

Yes, we can remove your old appliance when we deliver your rental product.

What happens if a fault occurs?

We will arrange for one of our servicemen to repair your appliance and if it is unrepairable we will provide you with a changeover.
